2010 MONARCHS SOCCER ACADEMY CAMPS

Camp Philosophy

Our goal is to provide an environment where the campers have the opportunity to develop not just as soccer players but as individuals. We want them to have fun, make friends, and look upon their time playing soccer as a positive period in their lives.

Camp Staff

The soccer academy camps will be headed by HSC Director of Coaching Lew Potter. Coach Potter has put together a staff of current and former college players and experienced coaches for the youth camp. All staff members are specifically chosen for their knowledge of the game and their ability to work with young players. This ability, combined with our training curriculum, allows our staff to provide a great camp experience emphasizing fun and learning in a creative, challenging environment. Youth Soccer Camp (for house and travel players) July 19-23 for youth camp. 9AM to 12PM
Ages: 8 to 12, boys and girls Cost: $90

Designed to provide a supportive environment where players can develop their individual skills and understanding of tactics of the game. Groups are divided by age and ability to ensure an appropriate environment for a challenging and fun camp week. It is a soccer experience not to be missed!

Advanced Scholastic Soccer Camp August 2-6 for the advanced camp. 9AM to 12PM

Ages: 13-19, boys and girls Cost: $100

This program is designed for the serious, dedicated youth player with the desire to improve and progress to the next level. Our goal is for each player to leave camp understanding what skills, coaches are looking for in a player and how to better prepare themselves to make the next step. Our curriculum will emphasize technique, tactics, small-sided play and games similar to a college pre-season program. Players will be grouped according to age and ability to provide a challenging environment. Additional information on sports nutrition and personal pre-season training routines are included in the Advance program.

Discounts: A $10 discount is available for campers who are currently enrolled in HSC House or Travel programs. Team/Group rates available.

Parent/Guardian Waiver: I herby acknowledge that the fee charged does not include insurance coverage of any kind. I release and forever discharge the Hamburg Soccer Club and its employees from any and all causes of action, claims, damages, loss or injuries of every nature and kind that the participant gained in participating in this program. I authorize the provision of emergency medical services to the participant if deemed necessary by a qualified medical practitioner. I authorize the HSC to use testimonials or photos of the participant which may appear in future HSC advertising products. Applications may also be dropped off at the beverage/snack stand at the Nike Base during House League Monday-Thursday.
