Welcome to the online tryout registration form for the 2009-2010 Hamburg Monarch soccer club teams.

Tryout info

Our travel team tryouts are designed to help us:

Know how many teams we will enter in B&WNYJSL (our travel league)
Know what level/divisions to place each team
Place players on the appropriate level team

No tryout or player placement procedure is perfect, but we are always looking to do what we can to place players on teams and in leagues that will provide challenges and successes.

We will be having several tryout dates this year. The dates and times will be as follows:

#1 Mon 7/20 - U10 Boys (6:30pm)
#2 Tues 7/21 - U10 Girls (6:30pm)
#3 Wed 7/22 - U12 & U16 Girls (6:30pm)
#4 Wed 7/22 - U14 & U16 Boys (6:30pm)
#5 Thurs 7/23 - U13/U14 Girls (6:30pm)
#6 Thurs 7/23 - U10 Boys (6:15pm) & U12 Boys (7:15pm)
#7 Mon 7/27 - U10 Girls & U16 Girls (6:30pm)
#8 Tues 7/28 - U10 Boys (6:30pm)
#9 Fri 7/31 - U13/U14 Girls (6:30pm)
#10Mon 8/3 - U10 Boys (6:00pm) U14 Boys (6:30)
#11 Mon 8/3 - U14 Girls & U16 Girls (6:15)

Please select the age that you are registering for. Note: This year all teams will be a combined grouping of two ages per team. Therefore, the U12 age group includes all U11 and U12 players competing for positions on the same teams. All U13 and U14 are together and all U15 and U16 players will play together. U19 will combine U17, U18, and U19.

PARENTS CODE OF ETHICS AND MEDICAL RELEASE FORM

PHOTO RELEASE:
I hereby grant permission to the Hamburg Soccer Club to use my photograph on its World Wide Web site or in other official Hamburg Soccer related printed publications without further consideration, and I acknowledge the Club’s right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion. I also acknowledge that the Club’s may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date.
I also understand that once my image is posted on Hamburg Soccer Club's website, the image can be downloaded by any computer user. Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the following:
Board Members, all coaches, and all volunteers of Hamburg Monarch Soccer Club
Hamburg Monarch Soccer Club reserves the right to discontinue use of photos without notice.

REFUND POLICY:
There will be no refunds once the fees are paid. If there are any concerns, the Board of Directors for Hamburg Monarchs Soccer Club will meet to discuss any issues or special circumstances that may arise.

If you already have a Monarch soccer jersey, what is your current jersey number?

All players must attend the tryout for their appropriate age group only. Please do not show up to a tryout for the next older age group with hopes to "play up". The decision to "play up" will only be made after regular tryouts have concluded. After tryouts the Director of Coaching will determine if a player meets the specific criteria for "playing up" established by the board of directors. Thank you.

All players should register online.
All players should check in at the storage barn at the Nike Base 15 minutes early to get their tryout field placements and number.
